If he's considered "Sexually Violent Predator" there is no way he should ever be released. Those are three words you never want to hear when it comes to considering releasing someone in to society...

The final outcome of this case will be that officials will find him a job with the school system.
Maybe as a janitor in an elemetary school.
After all.. he probably has too much time on his hands!
AFTER ALL... WE WOULDN'T WANT TO VIOLATE HIS RIGHTS!
I'd be more than pleased if they sent him to me for treatment!

Three other words: "Unreliable paid informant."

As citizens, we must take precautions so that we do not needlessly develop a situation that could have been avoided to begin with.

Some of our laws are bad.

If this judge decides to let this creep out, I hope he lives in his neighborhood where his children or his grandchildren go to school.

Has anyone given this much "Treatment" to the four children whos lives this man has destroyed? Why are we wasting tax payers money trying toi "fix" someone who cannot be fixed. Throw him in jail and keep him there for the rest of his life. Why are we considering giving him a third chance to destroy more children. He may not have actually murdered them, but he violently ripped their lives apart. I strongly believe child predators should be treated like murderes, and spend life in prison.

I think they should take all sexual predators, put them on a plane, fly them over the middle of the pacific ocean and drop them off to fend for themselves till the sharks get to them. Then we don't have to worry about them living in anyone's neighborhood and re-offending which more likely than not is what would happen.

A sexual predator/child molester should only have one right, to spend the rest of his/her life in prison. The number 1 priority should be to keep children safe.

If he stays in jail guess how many other children he can potentially abuse. Answer = 0. Keep him in for the kids sake.
Does the person who decides to release him is accountable if this guy abuses kids again? I already know the answer.......... NO

You are so right! And now that we've become a nation of extremists exhorting castration for these offenders, what should be done with those paid informants and bad women who deliberately lie about people to get them in trouble?

I know, it doesn't happen much, but it does happen. So when a paid informant or a police groupie lies and gives false witness against a man for no other reason than to get him in trouble for no reason, what should be done to them?

I know, it's in keeping with the castration principle. When the paid informant or police groupie lies, we will cut their tongues out so they can't lie anymore, and remove their eyes so they can't point out innocent people ever again. Harsh sentiment? Nope, castration-proponent. It's just what you look like.

And a tongue-less police groupie will still save children. The man who would have been falsely imprisoned due to her lies can now marry and father a family. So this mute is still a public servant.

Remember false witness is a sin. And don't think this is in jest. With the duality of Megans Law and the allowance of evidence produced by confidential paid informants (which is unreliable much of the time), you the citizen is now more confused about what your civic duty is probably more than any other time in the nation's history. It's really hard. How can you put someone away forever with Three Strikes or Megans Law while often using the perjured testimony of paid informants?

Tell me.

two choices, release him and have him live next to the social worker that says he is safe to be released, or find the local head of the opposition to the death penalty and have him live there.its time we make people live with their decisions and see how strong their convictions are.
