This looks like two cheats tring to score a lawsuit. When people do stupid things and then expect others to bail them out, well that is just the way "some " of the self indulgent looking for a payday grievence groups work. They parked in the wrong place, so someone else should pay? The rest is just two misfits used to lying to get their way. NOTE to the Church, don't pay.

No, that priest was wrong for his actions, these people where not looking for a lawsuit they were trying to attend church like they normally do until this idiot made his comment and then decided to chase them off property. If anything he caused the lawsuit not them. You people all sound like a bunch of racist liars.

Question though does everything have to end in a lawsuit?
And what ever happened to a formal apology? Some times people make a bigger thing out of it than it is, like there are other churches

what does race have to do with this??? she is black from kenya, hubby is white from here. BTW, just because he is a priest, pastor, rabbi, whatever, doesn't mean he is not entitled to have an opinion on the matter.

Nowhere in this article did the woman state she was begining a lawsuit...those of you that mentioned it are assuming. Now as far as the priest goes....he needs to learn that he made a mistake and make a public apology. I believe that would end it in the media. The Diocese though needs to investigate this. He was wrong and he needs to be disciplined within the Diocese. The Church composed of the people who attend it....the priest is not the Church, and if he has made this major mistake and allowed his temper and bias to exit his mouth...he needs to seek forgiveness from the people within the Church and the family he offended.
After all that is what the Catholic Faith preaches.

If this is true, the priest should be suspended for a long long time and then kick out for being priest. He don't have business being priest. AMEN!!!

"Nowhere in this article did the woman state she was begining a lawsuit..." But - but - she's black! So it's assumed by these bigots.

I attend this Church and witnessed the event before mass. Fr Seb made the announcement before the start of service for the indiviual who parked illegaly in front of Church to move his or her vehicle in 10 minutes or he will call the Tow Truck company. He made reference to the OBAMA sign on the car basically to identify the vehicle. He does not know who owns the vehicle so that takes out the racist element as some of the post are alluding to and including to what the Casters are now claiming. Why park illegaly in the Loading/Unloading zone where you can obstruct the flow of churchgoers with your big SUV. Why take away the area where the disabled, parents with young children and babies, the physically challenged Seniors, get dropped off? Why? Because you just want to display your OBAMA sign to all the churchgoers. Shame on you Ms Caster and sue if you want because I will go and vouch for my pastor.

I don't think so! I was there and the Casters are to blame for parking ILLEGALLY. The priest does not even know who owns the car when he made the announcement. I say the Casters need to move back home to Kenya.

Apparently, there were two other vehicles in the same unloading/loading area that were not asked to move their cars. It's customary to identify a vehicle by it's make, color, or license plate not by bumper stickers. He was obviously making a point. This is not an isolated incident but is representative of the hostility many Catholics are feeling for exercising their right to vote as given to them by the founders of this country, not by the Catholic church.

I agree; if this woman would stand before the church members and apologize for her rude, anti-social behavior it would go a long way toward restoring her status as a human (?) being. She has caused a problem, now it's up to her to try and make it right.
