Well said, as long as the legislators can refrain from touching residential single family homes and condos. That's a very big assumption, however. If they were to touch Prop 13, they would never be able to resist redoing the whole thing. However, as Mr. Elias states, the surrounding regulations are another matter, and could easily be changed to produce the results he describes.

What's the problem? Destroying the future for citizen families is the mission of the State Democrat majority in the Legislature.
California voters are too stupid to demand rational government. WE are pitiful and deserve every degrading out come the Party delivers. Could that be the reason that no other State's Democratic membership has given control of it's Democrat Party to aging hippie freaks and publicly anti citizen Chicano gangsters?????????? |

As long as we vote for the most anti citizen politicians in our State's history, we must pay the price for our failure to elect people who have any concern for our future.
It's time to pay for our political stupidity. Our Dem majority in the Citys the County and the State only know how to spend......they have zero understanding or concern for BUDGETING. And, we have proven to be too pathetic to expect better from those we elect from our OWN PARTY. |
