Sacramento Attorney Faces Sexual Battery Charge

enough of this story, what about the A hole golfer that killed the hawk. Thats by far more important. A rich jerk killing a bird, what a tradgedy. people should hit him with golf balls and see how he likes it.

Appleblat is not only an apparant sleazeball, he is also a complete and total crook - anutter fraud of an attorney. My sister retained him and paid him over $7,000 in a child support/custody dispute and got absolutely NOTHING for her money. He billed her for meeting after meeting, and all he did was talk about his other cases and his relationships. He did nothing to resolve my sister's issues. I am going to get her money back if it takes everything I've got!

Just another example why all lawyers should be rounded up and put into internment camps. Or just shot.

Ole Gary was my divorce lawyer: he is nothing more than a lying sniveling POS!!

I hope he gets to experience prison sex during his stay!!!

It's going to be verrrrrrrry interesting to see all the women come out of the woodwork over Gary. He's been doing this for years. I'm glad to see this young lady had the balls to stand up to him.

Why did she keep going to meeting after meeting if nothing was being done with her case? I would have shopped for a different lawyer after I burned through 2 or 3 thousand dollars. Why wait until 7 thousand is gone?

I should have come forward over 20 years ago when he groped me but I didn't because I was young and embarassed! I actually thought I had "imagined" it, but to this day, I can remember what I was wearing and the entire events that happened. Thank God someone finally came foward - he's been a womanizer for years. I just feel bad for his family because he's such a jerk and they do NOT deserve this from him! No woman does. I know it's innocent until proven guilty - but with Gary - I'm sure he's guilty! I've lived it myself!

Trust me, he is guilty. I hope more women come forward with their stories so that he will get a more harsh punishment.

"Finally" is right! Embarrassed, ashamed and BROKE are only some of the the feelings this man will have you walking away with. I'm glad he finally was discovered. I just wonder what his plastic surgeon wife thinks of all this? She HAD to know something was up a long time ago??? Kills me that all walks of life will tolerate this behavior. She is financially secure enough to leave. Kids are in college in Minnesota....

His wife (an ENT - not plastics) DID kick him to the curb awhile ago. She did not tolerate this...she has an excellent reputation and is a wonderful physician. She was probably just "charmed" by this jerk many years ago, and once she had three kids with him - tried to put up with what she could. She's a great woman - a strong woman, and I'm sure she and her kids will be better off with him out of their life! I can't tolerate the racial comments though! This happens in all faiths.

I was wondering if this was Dr. Appleblatts ex. Nancy Appleblatt is awesome. She's an incredicble doc and a really nice person to boot. Glad he finally messed with someone that was willing to stand up to him. Don't drop the soap, Gary!Ü

Yes....I was making a horrible attempt at a bad joke, dear. No offense. I am sitting back smiling about all of this....I'm happy to hear the wife left....I always wondered about that situation. I hope and know this woman is not going to be intimidated by his so called "knowledge" of the family law system (courts). Its very basic and she knows what she is entitled to. Having worked for him for 6 years I saw things that I could not believe. Having watched from a far and seen the pain he caused not only to his employees but to his family ... I am so happy that he has what is coming.
As far as his wife Nancy Appelblatt she is a wonderful doctor and mother. She so deserves better.
Hey Mr. Appelblatt YOU CAN'T HIDE THIS TIME....NOR CAN YOU PAY THEM OFF ... NOT ENOUGH DOUGH THIS TIME BUDDY!
