There's as many reasons for the preference as there are people, some good reasons and some bad. In others there may be reason at all other than that's just the way one's brain is wired. To be honest, I really can only speak for myself. I just happen to be more attracted to dark skinned women than any others. There's no more reason to it than preferring twilight to other times of day. I could describe what that time feels like, but not WHY it feels that way. It just does.

Why does it matter if some are attracted to black women and some are not... everyone has different taste.

im male, white and 17 years old - i can honestly say that i find i prefer black women more so than white women, purely because 9 times out of 10 the black women near where i live are nicer than the white women -.-

i actually have no idea why it is but meh, i can honestly say i just find them more attractive and generally have a better personality than some of the white women.

While whites have produced a lot of things over the last century, but many of those things have caused more damage to the planet than anything else in Earth's 4 billion years history. Are you proud of that also? By the way, while it is true that women seek a male with good genes, that doesn't necessarily mean it is a white man. Besides, the place with the most human genetic diversity is Africa.
