Were the girls legal citizens? It seems there has been a lot of traffic accidents in America where the latino illegal alien has been drunk and caused serious or death to others but live with minimal injuries....

Drinking and driving is not an accident, its murder when you kill someone because you made the decision to get drunk and drive.

DUI and killing someone is a felony not an accident.

In Fresno Madera Kern and especially Tulare counties have been proven to be some of the most racist and criminal county and city governments ever produced in California. Actually the vehicle the three drunk girls were in was overturned in the middle of the highway when the bus came upon them.

Actually, the litigants would want to go after where the money is and my bet is the bus has insurance and possibly the girls do not.
