Jerry Brown's campaign has NOW officially started! Plus, more people need to speak on this board until Election Day.

I can't believe that California voters would even think about putting Brown in the governor's office FOR THE THIRD TIME IN CALIFORNIA'S HISTORY. Have we learned anything yet after what he didn't do during his two term fiasco?

Number of Americans in poverty jumps to 43.6M; working-age poor at highest level since 1960s

The number of unemployed persons (14.9 million) and the unemployment rate
(9.6 percent)

58.5 million people total.

Meg Whitman spends $119 Million of her own money in CA governor's race, breaks campaign spending records

Shameful Meg just shameful.

You could have saved 60.5 million.

All one has to do is check out how well Brown did as Mayor in Oakland. Now the city was an armpit when he took over, but it was so much worse the day he left. He is a terrible manager. Crime rose, murders rose, drop-outs rose, schools were taken over by the state, he even had announced on a spanish-speaking radio station where DUI checkpoints would be established, so the illegals could avoid them. California does not need this incompetent person running our state.

I thought crime decreased. Plus, Brown isn't some person who lives in luxury; he would want to live in a deadly, poverty and gang-stricken place in order to fix issues, even if he doesn't succeed at first.

I have been in California for over 50 years and I started working when the elder Brown was in office and I also worked under Jerry Brown. I made a good, but not spectacular living and supported my family. I don't remember any of the things they say happened when Jerry was in office. I had a steady job, I never had to worry about being put on furlough now was there ever a threat to reduce my salary. Jerry Brown is a politican and knows how Government works while Meg Whitman is private industry and there are a whole set of different rules and she doesn't know them. How can she have a plan? She has to find out what the problem is first. People not working is not the problem it's a result of a problem. I don't trust her. Jerry say's he hasn't got a plan, yet. I would rather trust a career policican than a an actor, or the CEO of a company that not working so well. Our current Governor is really a bull dozer and you can't do that and govern a State where you are not the "King". I figure he got the job because of his movie career just like Ronald. But he had the good sense to get expert advice and to take that advice. That's what made a good a good politician, come to think of it, he was basically a politican before he ran for Governor.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Libra

It's one of those difficult days when anything can and will happen. Someone you were relying on might let you down, plans could be changed at the eleventh hour or a machine could go on the blink. To make matters worse, your energy levels are very erratic, so you feel full of beans one minute and ready to go to sleep the next. Don't make the situation worse by eating foods that give you a high followed by a slump.
