Here is a campaign slogan Meg should never use. Vote for a wealthy celebrity republican since the last one did such a good job.

Brown isn't a celebrity? That's even more odd. Didn't your mother ever tell you that you shouldn't lump people into groups like this? You take each person as an individual and look at their actions. Period.

At this time, I consider the best choice to be STEVE POIZNER. MOONBEAM had his chance tears ago and Whitman appears to be just another Socialist Progressive in an UNCLE SAM suit. Poizner may not be perfect, but he does seem to be the better of the choices. But, that is just my opinion.

In the great liberal, free for all, anything goes, Mexi-getto State of California, it would be nothing short of a miracle if Poizner were elected Governor. I suppose it's do-able, providing all those who are definitely against the Democrats and RINO's get on the same page, band together, get up off their recliners and go to the polls, and make it happen. If you don't, it's going to be the same ole same ole bankrupt third world Mexi-getto that it is now. Just as "Blue" and financially bankrupt as it now, and perhaps even more so in the future. Why are the California tax slaves afraid to try going down a differnt path ? Are there too many illegals and Govt. Cheese leeches and you're afraid you can't out vote them ? Si se puede ! Just get up off your a/s/s/e/s and do it ! Look at the absolute mess the Democrats have the State in !

Whitman's campaign is largely self-funded. As of April 2010, she has put $59 million of her own money into the race. Figures for 2009 show that 20% of her contributions, about $2.2 million, came from out-of-state contributors. The biggest donations were from the financial services and legal industries, among others, which collectively gave Whitman more than $400,000, according to an Associated Press review of campaign reports.[47][48] Whitman also served on the board of directors of the eBay Foundation, Procter & Gamble and DreamWorks SKG, until early 2009.[7][16] She was appointed to the board of Goldman Sachs in October, 2001 and then resigned in December 2002, amidst controversy that she allegedly had received shares in several public offerings managed by Goldman Sachs.[17][18][19] Whitman earned approximately $1.78 million resulting from a practice known as spinning (IPO) whereby executives who did business with Goldman Sachs could reap profits by getting early deals before the public on hot IPOs offered by the bank.[20]

Meg Whitman=poster child for the urgent need for publicly funded campaigns. Does anyone really want to live in a society where only the rich are eligible for elected office? Come on fellow tea baggers, are you with me on this?

None of the candidates running for Gov. are all that great. I like Poizner but not sure how much I can trust him besides I doubt he has a chance to win against Brown because not too many people know him. Meg at least has a good chance to beat Brown and we know she wont grant amnesty. She also says that she plans to exclude those here illegally any State help for college fees among some other things that they should not be entitled towards. Brown had his day back in the 70's, he will do everything in his power to help the illegals thus bringing more problems to this State. We all talk about how fed up we are with the illegals and one would expect that we all band together and do what we can to solve our problem(s). Now is the time to get it right and vote for the right person, the right person is not Brown. Meg may be the best choice only because she can beat Brown. Steve is who we wish we had in office but he cant even beat Meg. Lets not miss our chance. At least Meg MIGHT sign a similar law like AZ but Brown will definitely NOT. After all the AZ State law IS fed. law. Its time to demand that our leaders enforce it.

Right now we can only do whats best and work with the only candidates that are running.

Why would anyone vote for Jerry Brown? The damage he did when he was governor still lingers. He goes down in CA history at bleeding liberals out to destory the state. Brown is a career politicans that knows how to lie to get your vote. Besides, he's too old...he's 71 and he had his chance already as governor, we need new blood.

Meg Witman ran EBay into the ground.Jerry Brown is pro welfare and illegal immigrants.I'm voting for Poizner. He's the insurance commisioner. He's anti illegal immigration and that's what we the taxpayers need.Maybe then we'd actually get out of the debt our state is carrying.
