Only one person responsible for this carnage and he was an idiot! Driving around a downed crossing gates, lights flashing, bells ringing, horn blaring, to try to save a few seconds! Unfortunately he took 2 innocent people with him and that's truly tragic. Lots of injuries on the train too, some which will probably cost millions to compensate for. Then there is the light rail operator (also seriously injured I believe) who will have the trauma of the incident and his helplessness to do anything about it with him for the rest of his life. All because some goddam fool couldn't wait a few seconds for a train to go by! If he was the only person in the SUV I would say good riddance! What a moron!

Yeah, we know, what is your point? My point is that it's something to not make fun of.

My point is that the deceased driver was an idiot! What part of that don't you understand? I'm also not making fun of the situation, I'm appalled by it and disgusted with the ignorant and irresponsible actions of this jerk!

I never disagreed with you, did I? I'm not saying you were making fun, but the first poster was making fun, do you agree with that person?

Your response was directed at me and you asked me specifically what my point was. I told you what it was.

No I don't agree with that first poster at all. This is nothing at all to make light of and shows disregard and disrespect for the innocent victims of this deplorable and irresponsible behavior (of just one man!) and their friends and families.

Heck, yes, I am!:) Race the train, then "BOOYAH!". I have to commute around pushy drivers all the time, 300-400 miles a week. They can all run out in front of a train and get punked for all I care.

Oh, yeah, it is! LOL. Punks should know when they murder their passengers and injure others, that they should be held responsible and made fun of, so that it sends a message to others that they'll recieve the same treatment and no hero's ticker tape parade, LOL.

I doubt a punk is here reading about you laughing at other punk's making a mistake, and it's making a difference. This punk is dead. Now your laughter goes out to his family and friends. The name of this punk has not been released, as soon as it is, why don't you show up at the Memorial and laugh really loud so you can teach them a lesson. Maybe you can stand up and warn the other punks about the dangers of doing what this punk did. Let us know how that turns out. Don't be a coward. Or it will make you just like the punk that died.

Thanks for agreeing with me in that this sends the message to others to not die so stupidly, LOL. The one article I read said the older man was ejected after the big suv was pushed about 60 yards down the tracks, do you think there was time for serious reflection before the end finally came when he was e-jected?

Let me preface this by saying that I commute almost a half of a thousand miles a week with a diesel car at ten under the speed limit to get as high as 56.8 miles per gallon and as low as 44 miles per gallon on the coldest days and I see a million huge suvs plowing down our roads as if the end of the world was coming and as we see in this crash of the hurried suv driver, for some of them the end of their world is coming, LOL.

A lot of people buy these big vehicles because they promote a SENSE of being protected, yet many times we read where people who drive and ride in thise vehicles are ejected and killed in single vehicle crashes for not wearing a seat belt.

why don't you show up at the Memorial and laugh really loud so you can teach them a lesson. Maybe you can stand up and warn the other punks about the dangers of doing what this punk did. Also mention what a waste it is for people to buy SUV's and they deserve it for buying them. And everyone should buy smelly diesel cars polluting the air. Let us know how that turns out. Don't be a coward.

LOL, the killer was behind the wheel of the SUV and they murdered the child and the other passenger by running in front of a train, hehehehehee. Didn't they know to not do that? Let us build a memorial to things people don't know, LOL.

The man was 62 years old, we don't know the reason he did that. Please show up at the Memorial in your smelly diesel turd machine and laugh at the family. Make a speech against SUV's, I'm sure that made a difference.

The good thing is they don't smell like you do when they move across town. How many birds do you kill each day with that exhaust?

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Aquarius

You won't like it if you feel your wings are being clipped today. You want to do something in particular, only to discover that someone is objecting to your plans or that circumstances beyond your control are standing in your way. Although your instincts tell you to throw a tantrum to get your point across, you must ask yourself what this will achieve, and whether it will actually be self-defeating.
