Prop 1E passed in Nov 2006, and now, almost three years later, the State is thinking about putting out a bond sale? What on earth have they been waiting for?

If only our elected "officials" would have consider the horrific consequences that awarding most all of our money to the UNION Thugs would have had on every thing else in California.

If our Parents would have been so cruel as to elect the current bunch of UNION Hacks in Sacramento Calif. would have been decimated years ago.

We have no money for "infrastructure".

We elected La Raza slugs who pretended to be Dems and they spent 13 Billion of our tax dollars last year alone enticing illegals to infest our neighborhoods.

The least among us elected the least among them...
