When he was found in Oregon the 11 year olds father new he was there as he went with Tom alot. He was not found in bed with him either.Tehama county grand jury did not find guilty. Money does not talk as he, as well as his family does not have any. If you want to believe everything that you read in the paper then I will sell you the Brooklyn Bridge. The paper reports as a rule one side but does not print the other. Believe what you want.

Grand juries don't determine guilt. Intimidation by his family against the jurors at his trial were the only thing that saved him from being convicted at his original trial. Will be a different story now that he will be tried by a federal jury. He is a menace to society and should be put away for life.

I suggest you go to news archives and read all you want. Its all public knowledge. As for growing up I did that years ago and since retirement I can now enjoy my coffee and read the news on my computer and express my opinions with the rest of you.
Most of my opinions come from lifes experiences. One of those opinions is that chester the molesters don't belong in this society. Have a great day.

His son was arrested for intimidating the witnesses as well as the victims. Wow, maybe you need to recall upon what has happened throughout this whole ordeal....

His son was not arrested for intimidating the witnesses nor the victims. He was arrested for supossedly (sp)making a threat to his sister, who turned out to be not an accredable witness. Bert has done nothing wrong. The Encicotts over the years have done alot for the community and now they are treated so badly. Bert never has done anybody wrong and has lost everything including respect. Think what you all want about Tom but I feel sorry for his son.

hopefully the courts will figure it out. bert may be a good guy but it doesn't give hi step-father the right to abuse young boys who looked up to him like a parent. the whole thing is a mess and the only victims here are the kids. amazed

Daily Horoscope for December 4

Capricorn

With the imaginative Moon in your house of significant others creating deceptive waves with dreamy Neptune, it's one of those difficult days in which you could talk yourself into doing or thinking almost anything. You normally have both feet planted firmly on the ground, but now it's time to indulge in some delicious flights of fancy. If you do disappear into a world of your own, be sure to return to Planet Earth in the near future.
