A court has ordered a Romanian surgeon to pay $795,000 in compensation to a patient whose penis he accidentally severed during an operation.

No amount of money will compensate this guy's loss, but this insulting sum is outlandish. The doctor should be in prison and the victim should want for nothing financially for the rest of his life, and it's still not enough.
