Yeah, yeah, yeah.

The Cult Information Service in London were out-gunned and out-manoeuvred.

Even the police see that we are "a force for good" in London. This is what the Chief Superintendent for the Metropolitan Police said about Scientology at the opening ceremony.

To the anti-Scientology guys, the tide IS beginning to turn. Get over it, get your shit sorted and read some Scientology books. You'll feel so much better about yourself and others.

Cheers,

It does seems the Cult Information Service are acting on some mis-information of their own about the Scientology Religion and should take the time to gather the wealth of information available.
Chief Superintendent Kevin Hurley is speaking from first hand information and experience -- i'd also like to point out, upon which the Cult Information are not.
Anything that keeps 3,000 Londoners out in the pouring rain for a few hours to see a building open definately has 'the force of good' with them in anyone's books

I wonder if Chris Peeler, of the Family Action Information Resource Centre realises that Jesus Christ and Christianity was considered to be a very controversial movement in it's time. He even got killed for his act of kindness, his miracles and the truth that he preached. Would he say the same thing a bout Jesus? Im guessing he would.

Not to rain on your good time here guys. But only 3000 people showed up? We get that many here in the states when a Wal Mart has a grand opening.
As for what the policeman said, That caused quite a fuss in the news also now didn't it?

Dear Jerald,

Well I am sorry to rain on your parade but the main reason was because there is another 8/9 buildings of similar size opening in the states very shortly. Maybe they were too busy with them.

Or maybe they were all recovering from the party in St. Hill the night before with 10,000.

Cheer up Jerald, Not everone is against you.

Are you kidding me? This was a huge event. Just as the one at St. Hill was. And they only had 10,000? I don't think anyone is against me Demot. But the sad fact is your membership numbers are very low and getting lower everyday.
Maybe if you rank and file members would stand up and force scientology to behave like a church people would treat it like one. But the sad fact is for any real change to happen it has to come from the inside.

Dear Jerald,

I haven't hit a nerve have I????

The actual stats are there are Ideal Orgs opening up everywhere. If you know the Scientology scene, you will know that there are some incrediblt things going to happen.

The inside of Scientology as you so eloquently put it was standardized and cleansed by LRH and RTC back in 1982.

All groups and religions have strife in the formative stages. Scientology is no exception.

We have the Golden Age of Tech which has removed all "squirrel" auditors and got them retrained using tech that gets them to be PERFECT auditors. Not just "winging it". That is no longer acceptable. In Dublin the mission there is absolutely booming. They cannot cope with the amount of people and they now have to get a BIG building.

I'm sorry Jerald, but you have your facts again wrong.

By the way, yiu really should let me know what anti-Scientology group you are in. Hiding your hand does give you a slight advantage.

Cheers,

I am a member of many critic groups online, just as i am scienotlogy groups online. As for the membership. The plain truth is the only people saying scientology is growing is scientology.

You can say the old stuff is gone but I know better. Scientology has at least 2 websites ment to " fair game " people. They still pay PI"S to follow critic's and try to get them fired.

As for hitting a nerve, thats just not going to happen Dermot. You have yet to say anything unexpected and even if you do its not worth getting upset about. I belive in calm discussion. Upset and rage gets us no where.

dear Jerald,

Whose in a rage. Certainly not me.

But I take your point. Its good that at least I know that you are an anti-Scientologist.

I am a very succesful Scientologist and archival incestigator for some international magazines(among other things). I believe Scientology is "THE ROAD TO FREEDOM and is the way that we have been looking for for aeons.

It is a pity you have chosen to stop it and denigrate it. It is my believe that you are really only harming yourself.

who ever is for scientology, should really read the history of L. Ron Hubbard. For one, the reason he made-up the religion was to get money to pay off his own debts. The tradition of taking money from people is still going on today, why do you think CoS staff goes after celebrities? I've read so many things online about CoS staff even going to colleges to get the students to quit college and devote their time to helping the CoS, and if they didnt they were threatened that their parents would starve. I'm sorry but thats sounds a bit paranoid and crazy to me. If I were a scientologist i'd definitley feel like an idiot for believing in any of the stuff that this religion has manifested.

Dear Anti-Scieno,

And if I were you I would go back and look at almost every single thread on this forum and you will see almost word for word your diatribe from every single other anti-Scientologist.

Is this some kind of collective experience with you guys......A collective bigotry replete with the same puke.

"Among these advanced teachings, one episode revealed to those who reach OT level III has been much remarked upon: the story of Xenu and his Galactic Confederacy. Xenu (sometimes Xemu) is introduced as an alien ruler of the "Galactic Confederacy" who, 75 million years ago, brought billions of people to Earth in spacecraft resembling Douglas DC-8 airliners, stacked them around volcanoes and blew them up with hydrogen bombs. Their souls then clustered together and stuck to the bodies of the living. The alien souls continue to do this today, causing a variety of physical ill-effects in modern-day humans."

This is beautiful man !! Aliens stuck to the living. Where do I sign up ?? And yes, I know, I posted it before. But it's just so beautiful. Teach me Dermot, TEACH ME !!!

Hhmmmm......! now lets look at the life and claims of the founder of Scientology.... I dont see Jesus needing cash for wisdom or revelation...nor needing young nublie women meeting the masters needs.

Oh! and don't do the 'well look at the Church' thing because most of it is apostate compared to the New Testament Christian life.

Jesus he's authentic oh yea!

Dear Dad,

Completely false. LRH said that he wished that all services could be delivered free.

But how about this:

The Act of the Apostles. Chapter 5 Verse 1 to 9.

Ananias and Sapphira
1. But there was a man named Ananias, who with his wife Sapphira sold some property that belonged to them. 2.But with his wife's agreement he kept part of the money for himself and handed the rest over to the Apostles. 3.Peter said to him, "Ananias, why did you let Satan take control of you and make you lie to the Holy Spirit by keeping part of the money you recieved for the property? 4.Before you sold the property, it belonged to you; and after you sold it, the money was yours. Why, then did you decide to do such a thing? You have not lied to men - you have lied to God!" 5.As soon as Ananias heard this, he fell down dead; and all who heard about it were terrified.

If you have a bible and read through to verse 9 you find out that his wife dies also. There's an example of an entire property going to the early Christian Cult and two deaths into the bargain for not coughing up the full amount.

Or this:
Acts Chapter 2 Verse 43 to 47
Many miracles and wonders were being done through the Apostles, and everyone was filled with awe. All the believers continued together in close fellowship and shared their belongings with one another. They would sell thier property and posessions, and distribute the money among all, acording to what each one needed.......

I have no idea what Jesus' sexual preferences were but the statement you made about LRH is just something that you want to believe.

Did you know that St Peter performed miracles as well as Jesus? St Peter cured the lame and brought Tabitha back to life.(Acts 9 Verse 40)Just like Jesus did with Lazarus. I'm guessing thet Peter actually performed more miracles than Jesus but I haven't counted them yet.

I'd have to say the St Peter was also authentic. And also rocks! Sorry for the pun.

Peter.

There is no need for "original" here. The old stale facts still apply. You see, you have been duped by a con-artist. Same as the Mormons. Granted, a church need to meet the monthly budget, but how much does it cost you per year to maintain your place in the church Dermot? What happens if you were to stop paying?

I feel great! To start with. And better then many scientologists I think.
What the policechief said in London demonstrates only that the good man has no idea of scientologies policies at all. I bet he never heard of Fair Game or Suppressed Persons, not even about Disconnecting or Dead Agenting. So Dermot, it looks you make yourself happy with a dead duck.

Dear One,

You insult the intelligence of Mr. Hurley. Here's his bio.

Chief Superintendent Kevin Hurley - Snow Hill Divisional Commander

Role
Kevin Hurley is the Basic Command Unit (BCU) Commander at Snow Hill, one of two BCUs in the City. He is in charge of the day to day operational policing on the division.

Career
Prior to joining the Service, Kevin completed a degree in civil engineering at Manchester University, for the next three years he worked as a civil engineer for a majot contractor.

He spent the first twenty-one years of his twenty-five year service with the Metropolitan Police. Much of this time was spent in the CID where he served on many London Boroughs. As a specialist detective he served with the Brixton robbery squad, South East regional crime squad, and overseas with the National Criminal Intelligence Service.

Since joining the City of London Police in 2001, Kevin has held the posts of head of territorial policing, as well as head of the anti-terrorism and public order unit.

Kevin recently complete a six month secondment to the Foreign and Commonwealth office, where he served in Iraq as the senior UK police advisor.

Kevin is also a member of the territorial army and has seen service in Iraq in his military role

http://www.cityoflondon.police.uk/aboutus/kev...

Sound like a man that gets out there and does his thinking for himself. I doubt it very much if he does any investigations on a flawed, biased, bigoted and fabricated sources of information that are bandied abouton the internet at the moment originated by anti-religious extremists and criminals.

Hi Peter
So Pricilla Presley and co are making free will offerings then? I see!
Annanias lied to God! ouch!

The info on our Ron check out Bare Faced Messiah
ISBN 0747403325 Pub by Sphere 1987. Try Amazon 'The book scientology tried to ban'
And Peter come on Rons been weighed in the scales of truth and found wanting!!!!

Being filled with Gods Holy Spirit was the reason disciples of Jesus performed miracles ( Day of Pentecost) why am I wasting time of course you already know all this... There are evidences of men wanting to buy the ability to heal in the New Testament ... Nothing changes there then!
Possibly Ron discovered it was Dianetics...but you need a large free will offering to discover the hidden power of the mind.
