Have been a practicing Wittan for over 35 years. My family has practiced the "old religion" back to ancient times. I have faced this myself, but not in as direct a way as your situation. Find a small mirror, the top of a old compact works fine. Carry it with you everywhere you go, when the (and I use the term witch VERY lightly), witch confronts you, hold up the mirror where she can see it, but not in a confrontational way, repeat these words "bad to me, goes back to thee, by the three fold law, three times three", then walk away, she will try to continue to haress you, but just ignore her, or continue to repeat the phrase I gave you. If she is a REAL witch, she will know the "spell" has been turned back onto her, and if she continues to bug you, she is just cursing herself, over and over. If she REALLY is what she claims to be (and I truly doubt she is, as this goes against our biggest commandment, The three fold law, which says "what you do comes back to you times three") she will stop immediately, or face the risk of a fate three times worse than what she cursed you with. yes death thick energy do exist like a spell caster who helped me bring my husband back home said to me when he was explaining to me how things do work in the spirit rhyme. he said, death is a spirit, and there is something behind every actions we make, and also said, we are being controlled by light or dark energy, and they all work depending on how thick they are. once you are mislead it affect the positive energy in a brutal way and it takes a lot of time to gain balance, and that is why we should always go for a protection or cleanse spell all the time. like he said..

As a former witch, i can help you. I can still remember some magic. To break spell: Sending bad stuff away(curses etc.): say: "To the Goddess, I do pray Grant me power, strength to flay This one's curse with these words I hold thee at bay."

Protection: chant 3X: Thrice around the circle bound, evil sink into the ground.

These are Wicca/Pagan spells. Even though i no longer practice. But not for long... teehee

You are correct there are plenty of spells that can work. All with out emailing some anonymous person off of a public forum.
