It is plain common sense,there is no Constitution and the government of the day has the last say.They are still under the Emergency Decree and the Military has made it clear to every one.
For a better Fiji, lets listen to those in authority among us.

Methodists arrested amid Fiji military crackdown
Fiji's military-led government arrested eight Methodist leaders of the nation's biggest church group, accusing them of pushing a political agenda, a spokesman said Wednesday, in the latest round of detentions since declaring emergency rule in April.
