Great film dealing with the theology but also with the cover-up of the scandal going to the top of the mormon church
Well Hinkley, I did not know you were that plus some.

I cannot believe that anyone would watch this nauseating video. I'm so bored with this crap. Are people really this desperate to be sheep? Do they have to follow some type of religion? Why not be strong, have your own beliefs, and enjoy life instead of living a life that others have built for you based upon writings and "revelations" by men?

what do you think of man who contracted aids and was Hinkley's homosexual lover?

The whole experience of learning about FLDS and LDS has been like a trip to bizarre world. Who wouldn't escape into watching some TV after reading the
stuff here? And BTW John and Kate Gosselin attend an Assembly of God Church because you can wear anything and that's the only way they can get themselves and 8 kids ready and to church on time. The younger kids never want to go, cry, cling, etc. and they are four. Here, I think Assembly of God is considered kind of cult-like. |

Up in Smoke, it's "alleged" homo lover, who died of aids, while Hinkley lived to be a very old man! The "God Makers" & Decker's other ones, have been all answered by LDS Apologists, but very few would rather stick to the dung slingers' versions of "what the LDS really belief." Decker, the one who did the movie, has been confronted on why he used communists Atheistic & early anti-Christian types of propaganda disinformation methods during his movie. About what would have to historic Christianity for having many "God Makers" amongst the early Christians who also gave us the Nicene Creed that, even though unbiblical, people have to accept in order to qualify as believing in "the right Jesus"
If a movie was made exposing Decker's symbols, his early Christian roots, & the early Christian mysteries or temple type endowment we could call it "The Godmakers in Early Christianity". For those interested, check out the links on this thread that answers the movie. http://www.topix.com/forum/religion/latter-da... |

Here's my own little "The God Makers" In early Christianity!
http://www.youtube.com/watch... http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos... http://www.youtube.com/watch... http://www.youtube.com/watch... http://www.youtube.com/watch... http://www.fairlds.org/The_God_Makers/ http://www.shields-research.org/Critics/GMErr... One of the many charges that many anti-Mormon "Christians" make is that the LDS/Mormons, can't be "Christians" because they have strange doctrines & "occult" "secret ceremonies" in their Temples. What modern anti-Mormon "Christians" continue to do, however, is not accept the fact that historic Christianity, which they claim to be part of, is filled with evidences that testifies that early to later Christians had, at one time, their own versions of Temple type endowments! Many traces of it have been preserved to a certain extent to in many modern Christian rituals, customs, & traditions. Christian hand fasting weddings, for example. Giving new clothing to each other on Easter, another example. We see evidences of such things in their mysteries, liturgical rites, wood, ivory & stone carvings & illumination manuscripts. Plus, in historic Christian wedding ceremonies, wedding, love and engagement rings, icons, symbols, writings, illustrated old Bibles & customs. Plus, in the way different Monks would greet each other & in Christian Knight Orders' ceremonies, and later legends. It should be noted, however, that the best kept "secret" among the more learned anti-Mormon "Christians" seems to be the fact that historic Biblical early Christian art works, writings, & rituals are full of the greater resemblances with the Mormon Temple, than they are with Freemasonry. For how could they not know, especially after reading through the earlier works of Dr. Huge Nibley & other Scholars from The Foundation For Ancient Research & Mormon Studies, in order to find "flaws" in their research. Here's what critics don't want you to know: Mormonism & Early Christianity, Vol 4; Deseret Book; 1987) Since Cumorah, Vol 7; Deseret Book; 1988) Temple and Cosmos: Beyond This Ignorant Present, Vol 12; Deseret Book; 1992) The Message of Joseph Smith Papyri: An Egyptian Endowment, Vol 16; Deseret Book; 2006) http://mormonlit.lib.byu.edu/lit_author.php... http://farms.byu.edu/display.php... http://www.jefflindsay.com/LDSFAQ/FQ_masons.s... http://farms.byu.edu/display.php... http://www.topix.net/forum/religion/latter-da... |

Isn't "The GodMakers" the video that has footage of Primary children singing a song about spring, "Popcorn Popping," with hand motions, slowed down, sound erased, and then passed off as some evil ritual the kids are "forced" to do?
Oh, the retardedness. Anyone who would take that video seriously should be put to sleep. |
