from The American Spectator: "RCRC is best known for its past Chairman Katherine Ragsdale, an Episcopal clergywoman who infamously led chants that 'abortion is a blessing' at a Birmingham abortion clinic. If Ragsdale was the 'high priestess of abortion,' as her detractors asserted, then Knox is abortion's gentle southern pastor, smiling and soothing that abortion is always a moral option. "Knox has solid Religious Left credentials, but heading RCRC completes a trifecta of same-sex marriage advocacy, Obama Administration Faith-based Advisory Council membership, and now opposing any restriction on abortion, including for the purposes of gender-selection."

The only religion that is for abortion on demand is Satanism.

Obviously TEC is not satisfied with driving away its members in its "Growth through Decline" program. To make sure that TEC does not grow, they also need to kill the babies yet unborn. Their decline in membership is ensured not only for the present, it also for the future. Look for more TEC losses!

I have to admit to the fact that I wish many of the mothers of our older TEC critics had the option to terminate their pregnancies. Such a waste of resources! Am I for free choice – You bet ya!

In your case, the doctors threw out the baby and kept the after-birth.

People are finally being exposed for their undesirable perverse behaviors and over time it will drive them literally out of their mind, we earned it by allowing it to go on. Certainly govt did all of us no favors. Broken homes, broken families, just another vice in America. No matter what you say, gay marriage will eventually permitted world-wide. It wasn't/isn't my intent to argue with you. Am I blaming it all on the church? No - I'm just saying it's a fact of life, always has been.

Oh, and by the way, I was 100% pro-life til that little girl case in Brazil. I'm still not crazy about the idea of abortion; I consider fetus/embryo to be a human being.

"Brown Lipstick" No it will not, ever. What we have here is a country that for decades has made space for people with dysfunctional behavioral patterns or addictions that has such a tremendous cost on society that we as a people can no longer afford care for ourselves on our own. We are financially doomed! A society without morals cannot function and a govt without the moral question in its governing process doesn't have a process that is going to survive. That is what is going on here! We are past the point of no return economically, financially, and spiritually. They are using you to defer our resentment away from them rather effectively, yet time, is not on their side for much longer, and they know it. you are very clueless, how does abortion or gay marrage EFFECT you?

Your church is WRONG in a lot of areas, but you'll never admit or believe that. Now, let's play the quiet game.

She was a great mother but she really wanted to have a 'career' of her own. I almost fell off my chair laughing when she told us that at a dinner party one time. It was so her! I might add that many of my friends wished their mother was as 'cool' as ours was and she retained a large number of groupies until she died. P.S. If she had really wanted an 'abortion' she had the will, money and connections to have one done even in the 40's.

Oh yeah that little girl in brazil, you were a hundred percent pro-life until that, was that because you were okay with the step dad abusing two little girls or just one? With abortion being legal in that case, the abuse would have continued and two girls would have ended up being pregnant by the step father and the mother who allowed it to happen. What a stance to take!

Joe DeCaro wrote: <quoted text> ... and now we can understand why. LOL - My father wanted a large family and she knew that when she married him. I guess the figured out how to compromise. People in love do that in successful relationships. You should try it some time Mr. Null Set. Of course thne we would be faced with that tricky question about the ability of nothing having a relationship with nothing. Hummm...
