Why have a mayor?
The next responder would be the governor of Louisiana.

Republican conservatives like to divide and conquer. Every man for himself (unless you are in the top 1%). When you elect people to office who think that government cannot work for people, you shouldn't be surprised when the government doesn't work for the people. WIth businesses writing our environmental laws and his unnecessary war in Iraq, the shrub made it clear that the majority of us, those who were not "his base", were expendable.
Cousin P:Another obama and friends scam is the take over of health care. If the plan passes, taxes for the plan begin next year. Taxes will be subtracted out of your paycheck. You will not be able to reap the fruits of the new health plan until 2013. Un freakin believable. What would you say at your house closing if you were told, your mortgage payment begins in March, 2010. You can move in January, 2013? Would you settle for that!!!!?????
AY: What would you say if the hospitals in your area just went out of business from all the emergency visits by the uninsured? That's what's happening. People in the U.S. are going to enormous free healthcare fairs that are usually put on by organizations that serve the third world. Republicans and their business cronies have done a great job of sending the U.S. down the road to becoming a banana republic.

Yes, it doesn't seem to address it at all, especially if it was accidental.

4. Therefore, the notion of the Flying Spaghetti Monster creator/god must have come from the Flying Spaghetti Monster creator/god itself.
5. Therefore the FSM exists.
Of COURSE the FSM (Noodly be His name) exists !! What are you some kind of heretic to even BEGIN to question His Pastaness ???

You'll boil in the Holy Pot of Spaghetti until you're no longer "al dente", so let that be a subtly spiced, tomato and basil covered sauce warning to you.

Who created demons ?
Are you saying God screwed up and is imperfect ? Then he's fallible. Isn't God all-seeing and all-knowing ?(Sounds like the NSA or the IRS, actually...)

Again, WHICH commandments ? The ten ? Which Church ? Episcopalian ? Catholic ? Coptic ? Raving Bananas of the Holy Monkey Treeiphilians ?

I find your lack of faith in the Flying Spaghetti Monster deeply disturbing.
Are you saying He doesn't exist, yet YOUR God (whichever one you happy-clap for..) DOES ??
How DARE you !

I smite you with fettuccine ! I've just realized I have sinned, fellow Noodle-worshipers. Will thou forgive me ?

It's "Ramen", not the infidel and heretic spelling "rahmen".

I shall do penance and flagellate myself with some particularly hard Linguine that have been lurking with sinister intent in the profound depths of my larder.

Forgive me, Oh FSM, boiled be thy name, but just till al dente, for I have sinned by not checking my paroles of your Divine Pastaness in the infinity of the Celestial Kitchen.

Ramen, Ramen, Ramen.

(Ouch.....that hurts !
I'll soak the linguine next time...)

Science isn't unthinking dogma, unlike your bible.

Yes, it doesn't seem to address it at all, especially if it was accidental.
For those who did not click on the link here is the transcript.

An individual defiling his own body: Some Bible translations, like the King James Version, and New King James, render the second word in this passages as "defile." Rheims New Testament uses "violate." This would seem to refer to an individual engaging in various damaging acts such as illegal drug usage, committing adultery, incest, smoking, engaging in sexual acts that are against their nature, etc.

One commentary suggests that Paul might have been "thinking ahead to those Cor[inthian] Christians who desecrate god's temple by the sexual immoralities which he severely censures in" [1 Corinthians] Chapters 5 & 6. 1

Another commentary notes that the two words "defiles" and "destroy" in the above passage are actually the same word in the original Greek. It carries the meaning "desecrate." 2

Willmington's Bible Handbook refers to Verses 16 & 17 as implying that "Many of those in Corinth should be seriously concerned about the condition of their spiritual building." i.e. they should be certain that their lifestyle are not desecrating their bodies. 3

Individuals attacking the body of believers: The New Living Translation translates verse 16 and 17 as: "Don't you realize that all of your together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you. God will bring ruin upon anyone who ruins this temple. For God's temple is holy and you Christians are that temple."

The same commentary as is mentioned above states that the "temple" here refers to the body of believers: "The destroyers seek to to subvert the temple itself and will themselves be destroyed." 2

The New Jerome Biblical Commentary translates "holy temple" as referring to "The [Christian] community...destroyed by lack of sanctity." 4

Some state it refers to defiling the community of believers and contains no reference to acts engaged by a person onto his own body. While, other commentators view it as an act done to one's personal body. We cannot count on commentators to provide the ultimate answer. So let's look at other verses which discusses our personal duty to our bodies in the scriptures.

Proverbs 23:20-21 “Do not join those who drink too much wine or gorge themselves on meat, for drunkards and gluttons become poor, and drowsiness clothes them in rags.”
Proverbs 28:7 “He who keeps the law is a discerning son, but a companion of gluttons disgraces his father.”

Which brings us to the next verse:

1Corinthians 6:19, Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20, For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.

Ok, thanks at least someone can be honest to attempt to quote the scripture.

But my real question is, what about unintentional overdoses? Would that condemn someone to be tortured for eternity by Demons tearing at your flesh while relishing in every moment, with God knwoing this is going on, does he think that's cool?
