Care to post some examples of vile language and grievous insluts that have been launched at you?

I went ahead and read the Topix Terms of Service, and they state the following:

Based on your posts that have made it through, I'm willing to bet your other posts fit into those categories. Your Modus Operandi seems to revolve around constantly throwing baseless accusaitions around, trying to bully people into silence. Its effectively the same thing as trying to censor someone's freedom of speech.

There's a vast difference between the right to Freedom of Speech and saying whatever damn well you please.

Actually I'm from Portola Valley (south of San Francisco). I just looked at their webpage, and Topix is in Palo Alto, not Sunnyvale.
