"Conflict with constitutional protections"?
How so?
You didn't cite one instance of a violation.
The people you refer to, entered and signed a contract weather they claim not to understand it or not, they signed it and the courts have to uphold the contract that was signed, would you be bitching from a different angle if the U.S. courts nullified the contract.
The U.S. courts have to take a signed document by both parties into consideration, even if it is from a "foreign" court.
You then would have anarchy within not only the U.S. court system but in courts all over the world.

Center for Security is just one part of the "Islamophobia network," under the direction of its founder and director Frank Gaffney.

Gaffeney is included on The Southern Poverty Law Center’s list of "30 new activists heading up the radical right."

“For the past two years, he’s been banned from the Conservative Political Action Conference due to his insistence that two of its organizers (Suhail Khan, who is Muslim, and tax-hating Republican Grover Norquist, whose wife is Palestinian-American) are Muslim Brotherhood agents. The group, Khan explained in 2011,“didn’t want to be associated with a crazy bigot.”

Yet Gaffney has hardly faded into the shadows. He’s revered in hard-line anti-Muslim circles and writes for numerous far-right periodicals….” http://www.splcenter.org/get-informed/intelli...

Anders Breivik, the confessed Norway right-wing terrorist who planted a bomb in Oslo that killed eight people and shot and killed 68 people (mostly teenagers) at a youth camp in July 2011, cited Gaffney and the Center for Security Policy seven times in his 1,500 page anti-Islam manifesto

Just google 'where the word islamophobia came from'. See what even some muslims have to say about that word.

Then realize you're an idiot.

I could not care less where the word came from or what some Muslims say about the term. Anyone with any linguistic knowledge is smart enough to know the meaning is one who has an irrational fear of Islam. I simply use it to identify the Reich-wing ignorant bigots, hate-mongers, and race-baiters like Frank Gaffeny and his ilk and those dumb enough and bigoted enough to parrot the hate.

By your response, I assume you are suffer from a severe case of Islamophobia.

Who has "irrational" fear of islam when they observe hundreds of terror acts post 9/11?....and pre-911?

Who has irrational fear of islam when many islamo groups, and they're not considered "radical" or terrorist either, want islam to infiltrate my country's legal, financial, political and educational systems?

Who has irrational fear of islam when it is the most threatening immigrant and religious group ever to my country?

I think anyone knows what the word means doofus. That's not what I was asking you to look up.

Islamophobia is just some invented word, coined by islamists, to silence any criticism of islam.

In some cases, such as the muslim professor Salim Mansur has written about, it harms muslims themselves. Muslims kill, torture, jail, oppress other muslims everyday....speaking out against that makes me an "islamophobe"?....ge t your head out of your azz topix idgit.

psssssssssssst hint to you morons, if the laws on the books were taken literally we would have no worry, but with your liberal judges judicating from the bench, you kinda make it up as you go along.

It was more or less a symbolic jester. But if this law was not passed I can with great certainties say that the Left loon judges would legislate from the bench. And as the Left likes to say Separation of Church and State would apply here. But no were in the Constitution does it say separation of church and state:

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

So regarding the First Amendment they cannot even refer to Sharia laws in their decisions or they would be able and compiled to use Christian Laws as well and they do exist. I believe the Constitution should be interpreted in the most basic of since. I drought that most of the Socialist Democrats not limited but including to the President Obama and staff! Romney 2012
