Neither the Word Trinity nor its explaination that God consists of three persons is mentioned in Bible.

That is a diiferent from Tauheed, the verses claiming Unity of God and His Absolute Power and Position in Universe are abundant in Quran.

No one reading Quran can have any doubt that according to Quran, Allah is One and Unique and there are no persosns associated with Him in any way.

Comparing Tauheed of Islam and Trinity of Christianity is like comparing apples against oranges!!

A. Do you know “every” eastern language has Plural of Respect? Hebrew, Arabic, Aramaic, Persian, Hindi,. Urdu…. They all have plurals of respect and plural of numbers.

It is very customary in these languages for someone to refer to him in plural form “We” instead of “I”.

In Quran itself Allah refers to Himself as “We” in hundreds of places and no Muslim worth his salt, ever takes it to mean that there are multiple persons in the godhead.

And if your contention were true, why no Jew believed in God being composed of multiple person? Do you know Hebrew language better than the Jews?

Jesus saying people to Baptize in the name of Father, Son and Holy Spirit is a forgery, because that Baptism formula was not invented, at least one or two centuries after Jesus.

And can you tell me, in whose name Jesus was Baptised by John the Baptist?

B. We may not know every thing about God, that is true, but any tradition must have a proof. When it comes to such an important matter as associating some human being into godhead, we need much stronger proofs than a few “traditions”

C. Please tell me, how I adulterated your post to get the meaning I wanted.

D. Since Jesus is a revered prophet of God and one of the mightiest messengers of God, we held him in utmost respect and honor.

And our prophet has stopped us from rating prophets of God, this is not our Job, it is for God Almighty to rate His Prophets and Messengers.

So I do not find fault with you, if your love for Jesus exceeds all bounds…… but in Islam we have a criterion for True Love and Hypocritic Love.

Quran says “If you (claim to) love Allah then follow Me (i.e. Prophet Mohammad) and then Allah would love you and forgive you your sins…”

So if you really love and respect Jesus, then you must follow his teachings and his commands, so that your love become a true love, otherwise it is only a Hypocritic Love.
