My son will be released from NWCX in June. I live in East Tn. and know he will come home by bus. I have a few questions, Do they let you send them clothes to come home in? heard that they may give them a check or cash Upon release is there a place close that they can cash a check and also catch a bus? Thank You for any info on this

I have heard they give them 30 dollars. I am unsure if this is true. About the bus, I do not know. I heard they give them a pair of jeans and a T-shirt. Of course, the jeans will not have Northwest Correctional Complex written on them. I am sorry I could not be of more help about the transportation.
