Defense lawyer accused of murder, witness-intimidation to be transferred to Brooklyn jail

Paul Bergrin, the Newark defense lawyer charged with murder and witness intimidation, will be transferred from a Philadelphia jail to a Brooklyn facility after his lawyer complained today he was being held virtually "incommunicado." Bergrin, 53, is charged with one count of murder and with intimidating witnesses as part of an alleged racketeering ...
My son is similarly being held incomunicado at the same facility! Something is wrong when family is prevented from contacting an inmate.
