EVERYONE? As in, even those living in other countries? That person is delusional. Truly, only legal immigrants and citizens deserve the protection of the U.S. Constitution. Wanting people to follow the laws is not hateful. If it were, then it would be hateful to force the following law breakers to obey the law or face the consequences: thieves/robbers, murderers, rapists, burglars, molesters, reckless drivers, speeders, and so many more.
You can't have it both ways. Either ALL laws should be ignored, or ALL laws should be obeyed.
