Which explains, somewhat, the constant acts of vandalism and general teenage stupidity in Oregon. Of course, the lousy parenting doesn't help either.

People would pump their own gas to get a price break. It is still over $4/gallon. No sales tax whooooopeeee! I buy over the internet whenever possible anyway.
