Which explains, somewhat, the constant acts of vandalism and general teenage stupidity in Oregon. Of course, the lousy parenting doesn't help either.

Oregon usually has one of the highest unemployment rates in the country, the dumbest people and the highest prices for gas.

People would pump their own gas to get a price break. It is still over $4/gallon.

No sales tax whooooopeeee! I buy over the internet whenever possible anyway.
