Sex offender accused of killing 32-year-old SE Portland woman will be arraigned
Mark D. Beebout, a 39-year-old homeless man accused in the death of a Southeast Portland woman, was returned to Portland following his arrest in Seattle and was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center Monday afternoon.
