Not everyone in Hogar Crea is Puerto Rican ok that's first second lets think for a min ok because either one way or another in one point in our life we have being co-dependent of something money, drugs, alcohol, woman, mens, sex so let not judge so much and start realizing and helping more at the end the best recognition GOD will gave that to us ok

Lost me on this whole arguement. Are you angry because they are seeking help for a drug problem or would you rather they not seek the help and continue to do drugs? Hmmm, I think anywhere, any help is available, take it. As for selling door to door, I don't find them any more or less offensive than political candidates hawking my vote, or the religious fanatics preaching to me or any other number of sundry calls.

Man. I'm glad people didn't share that mentality when I going through my drama. I've never been a drug addict, but I can say this. That's not fair. What if people just told you to give up and kill yourslef when you were at your lowest. Wasn't it at that point when you wanted someone to reach out to you? Help you make it all better? Push you forward? I will be going to their Orlando site to help them out. These people need someone to believe in them and not tear them down. Tell them that it's all over now. True, they've failed at making good decisions at times. But we all have. Their human. And neither them, nor we are failures. And we should never treat each other as such. You need to evaluate your life and really think. When you were down, who really helped you get through it? The people who condemned with words of hate such as what you've spread? Or was it the people who may have been stern with you, but loved on you and still encouraged you. Showed you that there was a better way than the path you were on? Huh? You don't have to reply. Just think about that and carry it with you throughout your life. The next time you're at your lowest, think. Would you really want someone to tell you what you just told these people in need. If Hogar Crea is helping people let them be. If they are willfully breaking the law, that's a different story. People who appear to be targeting Hogar because of it's Hispanic ties, should have no say.

the reality of the problem is that the majority of people addicted to Drug, and or Alcohol are white Caucasian individuals. this is not about race it is about saving lives and giving someone with this deadly desease a chance to change in the society they live in. Question: you have a man or women who suffers from some mental illness and he goes out to the street to try to raise money for his treatment would you tell him to go back to his country and degrade him. ignorance does breed fear and fear breeds hate. you can send them to a rehab and that would only last until he is ready to use again put him in a place with other recovering individuals and he will learn to stay clean. this might just save him or her. By the way Hogar Crea has help hispanics, Blacks, whites, Asians and they will continue to that without looking at the color or the race of a person.

Good job Hogar Crea, for putting your "clients" on the block selling cheesecakes and flan. Harassing people to buy your products. Don't you think that is reminding them of when they sold drugs on the corner? I don't know much about the treatment of addiction, but I do know you have to change people places and things. And selling anything where you put your clients is a "trigger" and to not realize or care about that is the typical puerto rican way. Enough said.
