I'm having to eat rabbitt food because of my High Triglycerides and can't afford the meds.
Had another blood test after 2 weeks of diet, my levels were better. I miss all the good foods but heart attacks r common with my ancestors.

more then 85% of filipinas already have meatless mondays and long with everyother day of the week. Feeding a family on less then a dollar a day does not leave much room for pork chops and sirloins. Stupid idea and insulting to boot

They should change it to "meat" on Mondays not veggies, considering that majority of Filipinos eat fish and veggie.

'moo'chelle ain't runnin' nuthin' of mine except the price of ammo. Can't take our guns away so there attacking our bullets. I still enjoy Deer meat because it's lean.
I know Pinoy food. Our plan was to have Leachon instead of turkey tomorrow. We had rice dailey normally with some kind of meat in it. Sticky rice is only for desert now. My freezers r empty of farm butchered beef and pork because of High Triglycerides. I've ate so much tofu my eyes are starting to slant like the Japanese. I eat kile, brussle sprouts, other greens, smile, and tell my wife it's a good meal.
Pork is still cheaper than fish over younder. Laguna has turned into Manila's cess pool so fish can be a problem. Most people with a little land has a few pigs unless it's Ragheads and I never used that term until I realized it's their group setting off bombs in public places. My father was lucky to die instantly of heart attact while doing what he enjoyed and not stroke keeping him down like so many others. I know about hardships of others.
Complain about being poor but keep poping out kids.
Read it's 200 births an hour in the PI.
