Judging from your statement, I don't think it is the men who are at fault. Women should be responsible for their actions. Education should be the priority with the government and religious communities to eliminate this problem. We can't blame anyone for their actions in life but with the right education, it would limit this problem.
As far as Dolphy, he is special to many. He has brought entertainment to many with his unique antiques. No one will come close to his comedy. His films will become classic to a lot of Filipino's worldwide just like the old kundiman songs.
I find it hard to judge a person for what he is unless I have had a chance to personally have met the person and been with him for sometime. I just have to say one thing to Dolphy:
