He'll have black hair, brown eyes and be wearing a fake Polo shirt. He may be pissing on the side of a building or car, so wait until he's done. He can tell you how to get to Boracay from your international flight.

No need to go to Boracay. And you can drink all the coconut wine you want.

Bagpuss Manila, Philippines	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #12 Sep 24, 2011 You'll need to take an internal, domestic flight to either Caticlan or Kalibo on mainland Panay Island. Caticlan is nearer though Kalibo is often cheaper. If arriving in Kalibo, take a bus or minivan to Caticlan where the jetty port is located. Small motorized banca boats run to Boracay every few minutes. The trip takes 10-15 minutes.
