double murder ang ginawa n aranzanso. nagttrabho lng at gmaganap ng knilang tungkulin c shrrf valero at ang kanyang ksama. kng hndi umutang ng ssakyan c aranzanso at marunong cya magbayad ay wla nman dapat problema. sa ginawa nya pagpatay ay para ndin nya pinatay ang mga pamilyang umaasa kay shrff valero at sa ksama nito; dapat kay arranzanso ay lethal injection or silya elektrica.

sheriffs in the philippines are un-armed. while in their duty in rendering and executing court orders its very difficult to protects themselves from the public. scophil has exerted effort in getting approval from cheif justice to allow them to carry firearms in their duty. hope that the supreme court will be able to consider it.

dati ng may kasong murder yan si ross mayabang yan. pero minsan mabait.. pero kahit ano pa man maling mali ginawa nya. sana inisip nya may pamilya yung mga taong pinatay Diyos n bahala sa kanya. sana bitay parusa sa kanya. salamat mababawasan na ang rent a car sa olongapo.

the sheriff should ask the assistance of PNP or back up policemen before going directly confronting the obligee in executing a writ, not the other way around.
