1. Free Media coverage and advertisements of all electioneering Material through the Govt. Owned TV Stations Rupavahini and ITN. The Chairmen and Directors are Party Organizers.

2. Usage of all Government Property – Vehicles,Buildings,
Offices’ and Land Venues.

3. Employees of Government Institutions and corporations- Clerical Staff, Drivers and Technicians given Duty leave including payment of Batta and unlimited O/T to do Electioneering work for the President.

4 Free transport through CTB to bring in crowd for their Meetings.

5 Dhansala at Temple Trees with ample supply of alcohol thrown to go with, to his Organizers and Cronies at Government Expenses.

6 Threat, Harassment and Intimidation made to Private Electronic and News Paper media and it’s Journalists.

7 Murder.

8 Kidnapping

9 Thuggery by his Goons through Merwyn and Duminda

10 Politicization of the Hierarchy of the Four Forces

a) Army. Navy, Air Force and the Police

b) Using their Material – Personnel, Road Vehicles
and Helicopters

Father of all Frauds Mahinda Rajapakse may be the President again and will fatten Himself and His to their bursting point, then may try and do away the Executive Presidency and be made himself the Executive Prime Minister paving the way for Mahamusalayunge Rajapakse to rule for ‘N’ years.

For the people it will be just Hope and Hunger, Starvation, malnutrition for the young, Name sake Hospital with no Medicines and ultimate death no money even to bury the Dead.

These are SOME of the obvious Violations that blatantly broken by Mahinda Rajapakse. A ‘A’ grade Fraud is been committed. This is what General Fonseka The Other Main Candidate is up against and it is a Herculean task for him to win against these odds.

11 Intimidation of Other Ranks in the 4 Sri Lankan forces to make their Postal voting under duress and depriving of free choice to Mark their Ballot under supervision and order of two appointed retired Officers to vote for Mahinda Rajapakse.
