This is my sister's husband!!! This guy is such a freaking loser its not even funny. I hope he rotts in hell!!! My sister is also sitting behind bars because of this dirt bag!! I hope they put him away for a very long time!!!!!!!!!!

Yikes!!!!!!!!!! This freakin guy has been doing this for years, and getting away with it,, he told me the first time he ever did this he was scared to death... but since he got away with it the first time ,,, it was easier to do it the next time and the next time... when will they ever catch up with this guy and keep him behind bars.. for a very long time of ruining peoples credit.. He's a big Loser....He lives on other peoples money!!!!!!!! and loves it.. AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT. HELL I MIGHT EVEN TRY IT.........SEE IF I GET AWAY WITH IT ........ HE IS/////

Until the penalty for identity theft is increased enough to deter then there will always be someone going for an "easy" money.

Just going to jail and restitution is not enough. It would be nice if the type of punishment given out in Singapore is adopted. Remember, the kid who did vandalism and got whacked on the rump with a rattan rod? You don't want to experience it again after going through it once. Of course, ACLU will not go for such a barbaric punishment.:P

The first time I was introduced to the guy I knew he was a piece of crap. I would have never gotten close enough to him to let him do something like that to me because I could tell he was a shady from the begining. What a joke of a man or should I say boy.

Why, if this guy had warrants for his arrest for failure to appear, would they allow him out on bail. Doesn't failure to appear mean that he is the ultimate flight risk?

I must be the blindest person in the world. I was dating this guy...and HAD NO idea that THATS why he was in JAIL. I heard a version....but OMG!!!! HIS FRIENDS.....HIS FAMILY....well James just recently let me in....NO ONE told me. He told him is EX wife...was up in NC going to school...He has a beautiful son...and OMG...I was completely clueless until this weekend. James THANK you for telling me this...cause I was seen all around town with your loser for a brother..

Tracy, how long has all this been going on? There are a bunch of people rallying behind Gene...as if he is innocent. This has been really a punch in the gut to me...as I am sure it has been to everyone. WOW!

James his brother is telling you how long this is going on... his family cant stand him dont want him around because this is his job..... and i heard he also used his sons social security number to get what he wants to, and i heard he has used his niece's number too.......... Gene is a sweet talker.... he has gotten a credit card on his mother in law and bought 18 hundred dollars worth of tires for a new tahoe truck that he got in someone elses name.... and she stuck with that on her credit.... he also tried on his father in law but he caugt it before he got it ... they got to application sent to the inlaws of the person that was do this .. and wouldnt you know it Genes name was on it....using his address and the inlaws social security... Yea get ahold of his family and find out how long this no good looser has been ripping other people off.......

Tell me that sooner or later the authorities will figure it out.

the authorities don't want him ... and thats a shame... helll we all can go get cars and credit cards in someone elses name and live it up for a while...... then go back to normall

Samanta as to your question how long this has been going on who knows. I do know he has been doing it ever since he met my sister and that has been over 8 years cause he met her when my niece was about 3 and now is 11. I just talked to my sister and read to her what you had said and she told me to tell you that they are still married until she gets out to get a divorse from this man. and she is not in school but is in prison because of gene. She has 5 months left to go after a 12 month sentence. So she said her advise to you was to stay far far away from him. or you will be next. I don't really care as to how many people have ralling behind him that he innocent he is not and the law will catch up to him because we are making sure with lots of phone calls the fbi from cleveland to florida is getting called. why do u think he is sitting in jail right now in Georgia. they took him from Al to Georgia for what a traffic ticket ya right.I hope reading all these that you make a good decision and stay as far away as possible.

Someone mentioned in an earlier post about calling the FBI. That's why I asked about the "feds". Not being a criminal-type, I guess I don't know much about what law-enforcement agency would be involved. So apparently, I can read. Iknow....Shocking!

I asked "where is he now?" because people have said he's in jail in Georgia and people have said he's in jail in Alabama. Again....apparently I can read. Not spell, but read....
