Of course he is going to defend his decision - if he didn't he would look like John Kerry or worse yet Al Gore. What a fine mess he has got us into. Where's Osama? Did you forget your objective? We had our twin towers blown apart with countless American lives lost on our own land. Now you are having us picked apart and killed in an area of the world that did not have weapons of mass destruction, he has alienated us further with the middle east, and Osama is still making videos. Thank you for banning gay marriage where you could get the vote. That was so important. This administration perplexes me.

Gay marriage important? It's abomination. Countries that did it (ig. Canada) are a laughing stock of the world. What a SHAME!!!!!!! |

Jay, you are the epitome of the 'dumbing-down' of America.
Nuke who, Jay? There are 1.3 billion Muslims around the world in 20 countries. Iraq did NOT fly jets into the WTC. Where are you going to point your little bomb? Being brave and aggressive is great, but aiming it at the wrong target is worse than stupid. Idiotic bluster about ragheads is what got us into this tar-baby mess we're in. Bush and his hick supporters have made a bad situation infinitely worse. Draft-dodgers and petty crooks have taken over the country, riding on a wave of stupidity. The USA was in it’s best shape ever in 2000, but Dubya and the fools who voted for him have brought us lower than we’ve ever been. We need grownups to run the country – but it looks like it’s too late now – the half-wit fundamentalists and their obese constituency have spilled the apple cart - there is no silver bullet for this mess, and we are headed for corporate fascism, theocracy, and perpetual war. “Get ‘er done”? It’s already done, Jay, we’re out of the frying pan and into the fire thanks to comic book educated loudmouths like you, Rush Limbaugh, and Dubya. |

At last a voice of reason and intelligence!!!!!!!!!! |
Hey Mr Chickenhawk, why don't you answer the points the man made. Or perhaps you got nothing to say! |
It's not as simple as that 'clusterbuster'- there's no 'appeasing'- you're just mindlessly mouthing talking points. "appeasing" and "therapy for al qaida" are neocon lying points - trying to sum up the views of anyone who sees below the surface of whats going on.
Apparently you want to just take over the world - that's what the neocons thought they were doing when they invaded Iraq - and if they were'nt so incompetent and corrupt they might have succeeded - but it's not gonna happen.... fighting Muslim fundamentalism and the tide of hatred for America that has swept over the world is like fighting a swarm of killer bees - and they're just getting madder. |
They're just defending themselves, like your daddy Dubya says.... |

Where have you been Jay, I could have used you in the Denmark forum.. I have been defending anti-gay position and very few agreed with me.. This is a strange world..
Strange indeed. Perversion, feminism, liberalism, political correctness and other deviations have taken over common sense. |
So you are against gays?
Go to the top of this page and look at the second post. |
I saw that it's good to see their are still some normal people around.. I was in the Denmark forum I was arguing with everyone against the perverted gay lifestyle... They are all strange they keep trying to twist what is abnormal to make it normal.
Yes there are lots of normal people but there are also some powers that push those perverted issues twisting them as normal. For example in Canada they pushed same sex marriage despite majority of people against it, only because the Liberal government had more seats in Parliament. Even some members of that party were against it but the prime minister bullied them to vote for it. People wanted national referendum but of course he didn't agree. I AM ASHAMED TO BE CANADIAN. |
I would not worry about it myself.. This is just the way it is.. But we don't have to agree ourselves.. Hey people are allowing their minds to become corrupted. And the gays are working hard to promote this through media in all forms.. I don't look at myself as American I just live on this piece of dirt. And you live on that piece of dirt.. They just give them a name and make a cloth flag and call it something.. That's how I see it..

Can you name any other engagement by the US military that in three years of fighting we have lost less then 3000 troops over 500 of which were noncombat related? Militarily there has never been such a success as Iraq. During Vietnam if a thousand troops died in a month it barely made the headlines, WWII over 50 thousand US died in 30 days just on Iwo Jima. No I am not belittleing the sacrifice or the pain the families of these fallen heros have made, I am simply trying to make you understand how good our modern Military is. The only way they can do any damage is through their gorrila tactics and by their allies in the US Media providing them aid and comfort. Take away the western cameras and you would take away their only hope for victory.

We are good invaders and good on the battlefield. We are rarely very good occupiers. As for the death toll, much of that success is due to improved medical procedures. Someone wounded in Vietnam had to be flown to a base for medical treatment. Today treatment takes place right there. That saves many lives. One result of this is that the number of maimed soldiers is much higher in this war. These soldiers were more likely to have died in previous wars. |

Jay, I served in the Army and defended this great country. I also lived and worked in middle eastern countries (Tripoli, Libya and Saudi Arabia). I don't think anyone would define me as candy ass. I would have signed up again after 911 if it was not for some financial obligations and a company to run (Yes, I own a small business). I have friends in Iraq that are serving our country and others serving private interests. I also have Arab friends that I would not call ragheads or rug merchants...I have a respect for my fellow man because I never judge a group by a few bad apples. I was for getting Osama and I still am, but he is not in Iraq. He's been in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Iraq was a diversion. I think the gay marriage vote in the last election for many states was also a diversion. Karl Rove played the election like a cheap fiddle and they all danced around singing praises. I even voted for Bush (three times including the Old Man who I respected more)- why - because every man deserves the right to clean up his own messes. However, Bushie boy has created more messes than he is capable of cleaning up. Iraq is on the brink of civil war and it is not safe for our sons, daughters, brothers, fathers, mothers and friends to be over there. I left Tripoli in the early morning while another madman declared Americans to be the enemy. We hosted and entertained Iranian diplomats (a distant prince) and their families in Houston. They were killed by another madman. Are all middle eastern people bad? No. You are not bad either - just misinformed. |

Also, we had a lot more troops in Vietnam and especially WWII. Almost every male between ages 18-35 was involved in WWII.Thats hardly the case today.

hey nice picture... looks like bush is getting ready to suck cheney's dick again. haha - just being silly...
But seriously, I can't believe some of you are still eating up the garbage that comes out of his mouth... "King George" is taking our country back to the dark ages - soon we're not going to have any civil rights left at the rate he's been taking them away... Oh and please leave out the racial and religious derogatory slurs... there's no need for it, saying stuff like that just makes you sound like and uneducated racist (maybe you are one but even if thats true I doubt you want to sound like one) Oh and great news from the white house - looks like we're going to be in Iraq for at least another two years!!! Hopefully this country will get a clue and vote in someone with half a brain whose not a wanna-be-dictator in 2008 (that is if bush doesn't find a way to suspend the right to vote before then, which wouldn't suprise me... he's was already successful at suspending some people's right to vote in 2000) |

I thought Bush looked kinda desperate and sounded kinda scattered. I know we are to far in just to walk away but we at least need a shake-up, eat a little crow and ask some folks like powell and others who's advice was ignored to step in and help. Rummy needs to listen to the experts and get out of the way.
