Sounds like BOA may have a good opportunity here. The trick will be to convert their existing buisiness account relationships into new product customers. I did not see them mention work comp insurance althought they did mention health insurance. Also lacking was other HR outsourcing functions. It does not sound as though they are creating a Professional Employer Organiztion (PEO). Folks interested in that should visit www.staffmarket.com . They know the PEO space.

There are many boss who is very busy all the day.But in fact,what they are busy in usually is not necessary.They are waste of time!How to reduce the waste.It is a problem worth to think about!

Wait, I think I can save a ton of cash by swiching to BOA Payroll!!! I'll find my own WC, file all of my own taxes, design my own EE handbook and job descriptions. I can't wait to sign up with BOA so I can become my own HR department again.
