58?49? Good grief, even an old goat like me would have had to drive a lot further than Tierra del Fuego to Barrow before I'd spend a lot of money on that. Willing old ladies I can find at any assisted living facility - and probably at a fraction of the cost, after you discount the service for sheer gratitude. They may be of interest to paleontologists, but if I were inclined to splurge...er, spend money on close comfort, I would want some youth and disingenuous flattery to go with it.

The mistake this guy made, was that he did not diversify his business. He stayed in the niche market and it is costing him.
