I would like to know why are they constantly creating all these programs and the present programs supposely to be in place to help or prevent foreclosure are not doing anything to help the home owners. My sister has been dealing with WellsFargo Mortgage for months to prevent foreclosurer on her subprime loan mortgage and they have did nothing but prolonged the process of the foreclosure, now a representive show up at her door and offer her a check to hurry up, clean up the place and get out so they do not have to go thru the court procedure. I think the mortgage company is ripping off the goverment funds to help the home owners stay in their home. What a sham or scam is a better word! NC
