Why should Witt be investigated?

Matt Witt should be investigated for deceptive practices, fraud and theft. He will single handedly be responsible for many people losing their entire savings, including mine. Matt jacked us investors around for the last year avoiding our phone calls and filling us with the everything will be alright-Bullcrap. He is washed up in the Lending industry and will need to find another profession. He deserves to be in court for the next several years.

There is much more to this story. Witt developed a scheme using his credit facility with West LB to defraud investors and borrowers of their investments and their collateral. My companies were both investor and borrower. West LB was aware of Witt's actions in 2008 and allowed him to proceed forward with his continuing representations of his agency relationship with West LB.
This BK needs Federal investigation for fraudulent conveyance and violation of Section 1112 of the BK Code

Where does this case stand as of right now??

IS it moing towards criminal action...Seems like a huge fraud..and lots of people lost their life saings...

Wondering why you worked there for a month or so then if your so sure they were screwed up...Got an answer foro that? and who all do you think was in on it......

Matt witt will be in Douglas county Colorado criminal court on July 18th for ID theft and fraud
