This is fantastic news. I should have docs on my Best Western construction loan tomorrow! Its taken me 6 months of trial and error to get this done. Thusfar the process has been great, it's taken 6 weeks but Pacific is very thorough to say the least.

It was a pleasure working with Pacific Mortgage Fund. My construction loan funded this week. I don't know how many lenders I had to go through and now may broker jokers pulled my chain along the way. Good financing is still out there, and I am thankful to have it.
