Looks like you need a lesson on when to use "a" vs. when to use "an". You sound so silly saying "a ugly person" when it should be "an ugly person". When followed by a vowel, remember to use "an" and you won't sound so silly!

Not so sensational anymore.

A "leak" is hardly a flood.

Of course the go-nowhere, loser posters on here can only criticize a success story on Main Street. Nothing yokels hate more than success!

A leak can easily be a flood if gone unnoticed.
The newspaper used the word "floods". I'm sure it was meant to be flood as in the business being wiped out from massive amounts of water pouring into their work space from a upper floor leak left unnoticed.
They invested in our downtown area after a very unfortunate peril.
Good for them and great us as tax payers.

The response to this story provides insight into the "mind" of the native parasite species known in the scientific community as "Little fallsus yokelus," or "yokel" to the layman. If someone succeeds here, that means that it is possible to succeed in Little Falls and that hurts the yokel's ability to blame their miserable lives on their community. What these folks did involved intelligence, vision, and hard work, traits almost completely unknown among the yokel species.
