Of course another entitlement. When will you people get it through your heads that we don't have the money. This is just another case of the politicians shoring up its base. Buy those votes no matter what. They'll spend money we don't have then tell us the only way out of this mess is to raise taxes. No folks revenue is not the problem, spending is and the politicians just can't figure that out. Hopefully some will be taught a lesson in November. Remember " lifes tough, but its tougher when your stupid"

Could the writer(s) explain what this means? So what, a service provider in San Leandro calls 211 in San Francisco and asks what other service providers exist in San Leandro?? How does one differentiate 'families' and 'clients'? Are they mutually exclusive?
