My wife got me the Petty Driving Experience a few years back. It was a day that I will remember for the rest of my life. I highly recomend it for any race fan.

I think that for a fishing dad, like mine, then taking them to an all inclusive fishing lodge like this- www.waterfallresort.com would be a great Father's Day Adventure gift!
