I'm sorry, but there is absolutely no reason to be living along a canal in plain view and have no shame.
Yes my family has been homeless, but we went and stayed in a motel until things got better and they did because we pulled together and moved ahead with our lives.
Even the mentally can go and move into half-way houses and group homes. These people don't want help. They think its their God given right to be an eye sore and nuisance to the rest of us.

When they stop making shelters into minimum security lock ups- a lot more of the homeless will go to them.Set up legal campgrounds and give the occupants the same respect and rights given to those that have homes.Life is not a fair and even playing field.

When I began work there I was most aquainted with recent college grads who always critiqued those in authority. I still believe that those in authority should always be subject to critic.
