Curious. If someone in America said that on the Internet, would they be arrested?

Dumbass, if you type a plan of a terroist plot on the internet or a plan for assassination on any public server in US. See what would happen, you really think NSA isn't monitoring? There are key phrases where a computer automatically picks up and record for analysis in a building somewhere.
If its a valid threat, they will be at your door step too.

The poor idiot is probably just acting like GWW, talking out of his ass on the internet without thinking of the consequences. The police, because of pressure from above probably pulled him in only for questioning. Can't imagine someone who is seriously willingly review his plot on a chatroom.

This also shows you the amoung of ignorance of Chinese internet users about who is monitoring their speech, i.e arrests of this type don't happen often enough for people to be aware of such possibility of being arrested for their speech. What does that tell you about Chinese interenet user's chatroom restrictions?
