Where is the outrage for the death of the motorcyclist... It was total disregard for the traffic laws that killed this man and injured the passenger. Tougher helmet laws are not the answer... what about tougher traffic laws for vehicles that disregard traffic signals... Killer a biker go to jail...not get a traffic ticket!!!

I live on Hwy 548 and it was not a stop sign, it was a red light. Two days ago another wreck happened at that same red light. i experienced a wreck at the same intersection, before it had a light. The thought was if we got a red light it would stop some of the wrecks, but guess what!! Just as many as before.

No charge in the motorcycle accident. Is the how MB is dealing with bikers? Just let anyone kill them? Lovely. A great place to live. This is disgusting.

If the truth beknown, the accidents during the rallies that are reported are due to people driving vehicles and failing to obey traffic laws and causing accidents to bikers.

A community I once lived in put new traffic signals at a new intersection and about every 4 cycles the light would show green in all four directions causing constant accidents and near misses. It took WEEKS for somebody to finally figure out that the signal computer was a dud. Somebody needs to watch this MB signal for a while to see if it is operating consistently. |

I can't believe they would even have second thoughts about charging the driver of the car, oh yes I can, we're talking about the death of a biker. My heart goes out to the daughter that was riding with him. I can't even phathom the horror that she experienced seeing her Daddy get killed by some stupid reckless driver.

If anyone was actually there and saw the accident they would know that the driver of the vehicle did not run a red light she was going through a yellow light. The biker actually ran the red light and t-boned the side of her car. The damn news reporters showed up and all they saw was a bike and a car and assumed that the car hit the bike. The girl's car was flipped upside down and she was badly injured. People should get the real story and not believed everything that you read in the newspaper.

I think this is the real story. All bikers need to have a will made out. Sooner or later you are going down. I know it sucks hopefully you will be old and grey when it happens. |

That is exactly what happened. If anyone disagrees, how exactly would you explain the fact that the car involved in the accident flipped three times from a hit to the back right hand side of her car? This is the danger of newspapers printing stuff before a police report comes out. At least they didn't print the name of the victim in the car, because that could have ruined her reputation. Whoever she is, I feel terribly sorry for her that she must suffer through this terrible injustice of the press. |

Don't have to , I witnessed 3 wrecks during the course of that month and ALL were because of the driver of the vehicle NOT THE BIKES. |

How would YOU explain a 500lb motorcycle executing a left turn at 15mph causing a 3000lb car to FLIP THREE TIMES? The numbers don't add up. |

The motercycle wasn't making a left turn the car was. That is how the car was t-boned. Everyone should stop commenting becuase the police report hasn't even been released yet. None of you know what happened. Why doesn't everyone just wait for the report to come out and let the truth be told! |
