The union representing train operators and station agents for the San Francisco Bay area's commuter rail system said Thursday it would go on strike Monday.

What's worse: a contract where you have to sacrifice a little or no job at all? If they don't want the job, there are a whole bunch of people who do.

This is just another example of liberals gone wild. A union working in a government entity wants to go on strike knowing full well that the counties, state and national government is broke, but being the dumbbells that they are they feel the golden goose will have enough eggs left just for them.
This is the type of behavior that will end up running obamacare. If your grandma needed to get somewhere on bart will the strikers get her there? |

The bart riders arent the only ones who suffer. If you drive, expect a few hundred thousand more cars around you. Need parking? Expect a few hundred thousand competing for your space. Oh and the oil companies are gonna sell a lot more gas, so dont expect prices to fall. I wonder if those bart employees feel safe during the strike?

Kick rocks BART employees. I am sure we can find plenty of other rude, lazy, and incompetent people to yell at customers when they ask a question. After all, this is what we have come to expect from BART employees.

I think the GG ferry should strike the same time--they haven't been working under a contract for a couple of years now.

I really think if Bart Strikes AC Tranist Muni and all other Bay area Public Trans should strike with them. They could do a 48 hour solidarity strike with them. I need bart to get to work but i am sure my employer will understand when i am late on monday.
