How about not commiting crimes in the first place. Whats the problem? No self control? Why should any company make an exception because you are a former thug, prostitute or bank robber? The screening isn't because your black or latino. It's to protect a companys assets. They should have that right.
Why a special rule for Blacks and Latinos?
