So Rumor lets ban liquor stores cause they create crime... they are always getting robbed. For that matter lets ban guns because they kill people.

This is pot madness. This pot thing is out of control. We should call out legislatures and encourage them to do something about this! Drug dealers getting rich from selling pot. That's not what the pot law was intended for.

We need to ban marijuana gardens in homes and residential areas. Farmers could grow the stuff and actually make a profit, and pay taxes on it. These "medical marijuana" folks are growing it to sell, everyone knows this, the feds should get them for tax evasion.

It's never been a better time to obtain a concealed weapons permit. I double lock my doors and keep my lights low but I'm still afraid of the dope dealers and their customers from kicking in my door.

I remember when Red Bluff was a quiet town, a safe place to live. Not any more, it's become infested with big city crime and drugs, you have to protect yourself

Just wondering, it seems that all you potheads can think about is legalization. Ever think of what's next? For instance, if it were legal for you to smoke pot, then should you be allowed to drive intoxicated? Many of you already do anyways, don't try to lie to yourselves either. Perhaps smoke in your vehicle? With children in your car? Perhaps at home? With children in the home? At work or at least intoxicated at work? That may be ok if you work in a low risk field, but what if you work in a high risk? Should your fellow co-workers have to be endangered because you are high and fixated on the clouds? Yes, I get if someone is handicapped the work factor is removed possibly. But all I see is a bunch of non-handicapped people arguing to get legalized pot. See, that's the problem, all you can think about is how great it would be to be legally stoned, not if you should be. Get a clue, it's not always about fun and games, sometimes you actually have to show restraint, control and responsibility.

It amazes me that some people spew uninformed crap about mm.It also seems that these statements are formed with alot of questions. Do some research into the effects good or bad. At least I know whereof I speak.I will have to say that mm should be used just like any medication. Timing and responsibility are key, just like with any medication.You don't see people in high risk jobs loaded on vicodin or morphine at work, at least not Legally!!So why won't you give us responsible patients the same consideration as a person with a scrip for conventional pain meds? I have done plenty of "prescription meds" so i absolutely know the difference and the side effects that all of them carry.MM is far and above a better, safer medication! So, get a clue before you spout off in a prejudiced and petty,uninformed manner. It really is getting old.

Well, it's not the responsible ones I'm worried about, it's the morons you see in the paper getting DUI's. Let me guess, you believe all pot heads are responsible right? Well you're full of shit then. Apparently you've never worked at a high risk job, like say the oil fields or fishing boats, where a loady's delayed reaction can cost a person there life. I've been there and seen it happen, watching some dumb ass loady try to figure out what the hell just happened as their co-worker is bleeding to death. Not tryin' to change your way of thinking. I am just trying to get across that mm, used as prescribed, is not evil or dangerous. I am a veteran of the trades. I have been in the most extreme working conditions as has any human.I work and always have. I advocate safety above all. So, that means , a responsible adult can manage his work and his medication. Anyone who works has to.I take issue with your generalization that all who use cannabis are mindless giggling zombies incapable of functioning on a successful level.
