The people who commit these crimes should be hung. This is not the fault of a gun. This is the fault of children being brought up like animals. If the punishment would fit the crime. This would all be a thing of the past. Very few of these punks can handle getting hurt themselfs. Most are wimps unless they are in a group. And then they should be charged as a gang. Unless parents start taking responsibility for there rotten kids actions this will continue. It is that easy to blame a faulty system instead of faulty idiot parents.
