Common ordinary people NEVER HAD last names. This is why you can go to court and change your last name as many times as you like, as long as pay the fee. Last names were actually royal titles. So, the Duke of Sicily, a Spaniard most of the time, mind you, would have titles to any land he hadn't granted to others in Sicily. Whether you got your names from your great-great-great-to-infinity- parents or from a plantation owner doesn't matter. If it doesn't tie into some kind of royal title, you are nothing.

A final example. Italian American names like Genovese, Calabrese....Not real.

The outcome of this case so far has been a disgrace to people in genreal. are we all supposed to be afraid when a cop pulls us over whether we are white, black, spanish...51 SHOTS is 51 SHOTS to Many especially when there was no physical sign of a gun just a threat of one. Yes I am a white man who is saddened by this outcome, even though we were not there, and do not know exactly what truely happened, I feel for the Bell family and send my deepest regards. Yes both sides have to live with it, but the detectives so far have walked and still have there life and health, whereas the others involved do not. It is truely saddening because I am a dad of an 18 month old and can only imagine what my son would go through if that happened to me and how he would perceive police for the rest of his life. POLICE remember CPR (Courtesy, Professionalism and Respect). These cops did not execute there training properly. They shot without seeing a weapon,,,which if you asked me is like shooting in the back, or jumping someone from behind in a fight. Hopefully the U.S. Attorney can do a better job than the DA did and send a message to cops that they need to see the threat not feel it to respond with deadly force. To the Bell Family, I know you did not win the day yet and I know you were devestated by this outcome, but please as I pray for you to wait and see what the U.S. Attorney will do before Al as he said would cause disruptions which could lead to arrest and injury or other deaths as well. These cops should not have gotten away with this, yet they are not in the clear yet. The judge should have viewed the information, PLAIN AND SIMPLE NO GUN WHY DID YOU SHOOT 51 TIMES ,should have been a jury. Maybe the US Attorney will get it right. Bell Family you have my support and prays that you get the justice you, your family, and most importantly Sean deserve.

And yes Al Should be arrested for inciting a riot, as well as endangering the public...but in all fairness the cops endangered the public as well as a slew of other things they did wrong. If I did what these cops did I would be in jail right now.

Such names as Fletcher, Cooper, Wainwright, Smith, Baker, and many others.

Justice has been served.

The hurt will always be there, but truthfully what is a FATHER doing there? The bride should be ashamed.

Sean bell didn't care about other peoples lives as he has a police record trying to sell crack to 2 different undercover police officers and that's a fact! He was not as innocent as the blacks are trying to lead you to believe people!

As a white man I am disgusted by this verdict. I don't believe in "shutting down the city", but I certainly urge an inquiry into the shooting--perhaps at the request of NY's new governor. The trigger-happy tactics that have somehow become too common for the police must be replaced by a more responsible approach to crime, and the NYPD's apologists should understand that human lives are being trivialized.

DOUBLE STANDARDS! That's what blacks and spanish ALWAYS do, they play the race card to draw the attention away from their wrong doings! ex: the o.j. simpson trial
